This worked for me and the year and model I have. You can then use the Admin key to turn on the car and go into the menu and erase all MyKeys. Once you have programmed both following the programming instructions, you will still have one MyKey, but you will have one newly programmed Admin key as well. Insert the non-programmed key in the ignition within 5 seconds and turn it on for more than 6 seconds then off and remove. Once both keys are erased, place the MyKey in the ignition and turn it on for more than 6 seconds, then off and remove. The "Erase and Program Keys" will take about 15 minutes and will ask you to have two available keys to program. The method described in this post fails when FORScan pops up a dialogue box stating you must have the admin key to program the non-programmed key. However, a simple work around is to select "Erase and Program Keys" if you have the MyKey and a cut but non-programmed key. This method does not work on a 2013 Ford Escape (non remote start) if you do not have the admin key and just a MyKey and I would assume this holds true for other models.
